    • Standard shipping across Pakistan costs Rs. 250, regardless of the order size.
    • In Lahore, we offer delivery through our in-house service, ensuring delivery within 2 business days. For urgent deliveries, please contact us directly.
    • For other cities, we collaborate with reliable courier services, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 4 business days.
  • International Deliveries:

Exchange Policy
Elmani Care offers a 7-day exchange policy, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The item must be in its original packaging.
  2. The seal must remain intact.
  3. The product’s packaging must not show signs of tampering.

Note: Items purchased during sales or promotions cannot be exchanged unless the delivered product differs from what was ordered.

How to Exchange an Item

  1. Email us at info@elmanicare.com, stating the reason for the exchange. Include your order number and details of the items.
  2. Send the product back to:

  3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will dispatch your replacement item.
  4. Customers are responsible for any applicable re-shipment charges.
