Returns Policy

Elmani Care will provide a credit voucher or replacement for items that are faulty or damaged.

If you decide to return an item for other reasons, the following conditions apply:

  1. Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
  2. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be included.

 

How to Return an Item

  1. Take a photo of the item(s) that are damaged or faulty.
  2. Email us at info@elmanicare.com, attach the photo(s), and mention your order number and reason for return.
  3. Send the item to:
    Elmani Care, DHA Phase 5, Lahore 54000, Pakistan
  4. Upon receipt and approval of the return, we will issue a credit voucher for the same value as the returned item.
  5. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to the return and any re-shipment.

 

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, so timely communication is essential.
